Does anyone else remember the Socrates educational entertainment system which was used from the late 80's through the early 90's? I owned one of the systems myself, and I always had thought of it as a ton of a fun. Did anyone else here own or remember this system by any chance?

For those who haven't heard of it, you can check the following Wikipedia article for more information.

My younger brother got one for his 4th birthday. I must admit, I basically took the thing over. Had no idea it sold for $130 back then. That's crazy!

I still have a lot of fond memories from that Socrates system, and I remember still getting some use out of it all the way up until around when I was thirteen or so. That built in music program they had for it was a lot of fun, even when I was an older kid. Anyway, I wonder if I still have that system around here anywhere...

I had one when I was a kid, fond memories where had. Once I turned 10 I handed it over to my younger sister. My parents still have it somewhere, might have to ask them if my daughter can have a go at it.
