This looks somewhat promising. Do you have to use the V-tech camera with this, or do other digital cameras work with this as well?

No, it will work with any photos you have. It's a little expensive though...

What exactly is this photo frame? Is it similar to other digital photo frames where you can have various pictures shown? How exactly is this geared more for children?

Ahh I see. It is a little expensive, but also looks fun. I am sure CJ would love to shake his picture frame around and see pictures of various friends and family. I am definitely going to have to check this out!
