I cannot find a review on this, I hope I am not missing it. I am wondering if it is any better than the v-tech. Did this just come out recently?

They have a new pink one - but I think the hardware is the same, and comparable to the Vtech - not very good image quality, but a durable case. I still recommend a lower end standard digital camera for kids, rather than these toyish versions.

Honestly, I did not even know that Fisher Price was making digital cameras now, but I would definitely be interested to hear more about them. How much do they cost, and are they good enough for adults to use as well?

Thank you all in advance :)

I've been pricing kid-friendly digital cameras for a while now, and the Fisher Price model seems to be decent bang for your buck. I've found it for $50 to $90 (depending on the model you get), which is par for the course. I would not, however, trust the image quality. They're made to withstand a child, and the sample pictures I've seen were grainy and washed out. Don't count on it for your scrapbooking :)

I like the idea of a digital camera for kids. Why not buy a disposable camera? That way you let your kid go crazy with pictures, and you wont have to worry about breaking an expensive digital camera. Even disposable cameras take better picture quality than these fisher price ones.

We just got in the latest kid's camera from Digital Blue. We'll see how it stacks up.

Nice, I'll have to look into it. I like the idea of having your child take pictures of what they care for most. Kind of like them taking snippets of their lives.

Fabulous material, your post is absolutely impact a read if somebody comes across it. I didn’t grasp that this subject was so vital. You undeniably place it in perception for me.
